Lisa Danesin
Founder, Silverdog Publishing. I've always been an avid reader and writer. I loved books from an early age—not just their content but also their look and feel. I have a BFA in Visual Arts with a concentration in English and Art Education. With my extensive background as a working artist and designer, as well as an editor of numerous books and manuscripts, it was inevitable that I would end up in the world of publishing. |

Helen Webster
After working as Helen's editor on the last six of her books, it was logical to bring her on board as a freelance editor here at Silverdog. She's a gifted writer herself and brings to Silverdog a wealth of knowledge and experience. (And yes, even great writers/editors need editors of their own.) Helen's undergraduate degree is a double major in English and Art. She also holds a Master's degree from the University of Victoria. Prior to her career as a writer, Helen was a classroom teacher, where she also taught writing courses, both to students and through workshops, to their teachers. Her university education includes time in the Faculty of Journalism at Carleton University, Ottawa, Ontario, where her passion for writing flourished. |

We're 100% on-line so you can work from the comfort of your home. We use FaceTime and ZOOM to work with our clients.
We're available Monday - Friday and often weekends as well.
